CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE
The Supplier/Vendor will represent that Employees of the Supplier/Vendor will be covered by their company insurance policies for any work or services performed at a CST location. Coverage should include Workers Compensation, Property, Automobile & Casualty and Liability Insurance. CST will request annually that a copy of the Certificate of Insurance be provided to evidence this coverage is in place.
